Gift Baskets By Wendy will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However, in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with shelf stable replacement items of equal or greater value.
Shipping
Please allow 3 to 10 days to ship from warehouse. Items are shipped by UPS only, this way items can be tracked.
During hot weather some items can not be shipped.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us upon receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by contacting us.

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 14 days.
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
